This is a debate that has gone around for quite sometime so I wanted to clarify a few things for you. The point to eating eggs is the good quality protein (large eggs approx. 6g*) no carbs and low fat content. Why throw out the yolk? Because some people started hyping the fact of that’s where the majority of calories and cholesterol come from within the egg. Yes the egg whites are lower in calories and cholesterol but lack some of the vital nutrients pertained in the yolk and you should NEVER substitute those fake eggs in a container for the real thing.
